Energize & Flow

Embark on a revitalizing journey with our Sweat & Flow class, where dynamic movement meets serene balance. We start with a mindful warm-up to center your body and mind, setting the stage for an invigorating and fluid vinyasa flow. Delight in the harmonious dance of breath and movement as you navigate a thoughtfully crafted sequence that enhances strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance while also fostering neuroplasticity. The experience culminates in a soothing cool-down and restorative savasana, leaving you refreshed, harmonized, and deeply rewarded.

This class is conducted in a non-heated environment. The internal heat generated during the session will vary based on individual engagement; with full participation, you may achieve a satisfying sweat. The class offers challenging options with a flexible approach, making it accessible for practitioners of all levels.

Restorative Mind and Body

Immerse yourself in a sanctuary of tranquility with our Restorative Mind & Body Yoga class. This unique session seamlessly blends gentle movement with profound relaxation techniques. Begin with invigorating sequences designed to warm and stretch your muscles, enhancing flexibility and vitality. Transition into the soothing embrace of restorative yoga, where gentle, meditative practices guide you towards deep stress relief and inner calm. Through guided breathwork and mindful asanas, you'll cultivate a serene mind and a relaxed body, carrying the calming benefits of this nurturing class beyond your mat.

This class is held in a non-heated environment. We recommend bringing layers and a yoga blanket if you have one to ensure your comfort throughout the session.
